ADD txt dns zone using cpanel api

    AddZoneRecord < SoftwareDevelopmentKit < TWiki API

    i need to add a txt dns zone to configure google app spf!

    But in the documentation is not defined what is the filds name to set the txt recond!

    how to resolve is?

    i trie the others fields and i recive this message!

    Invalid DNS record: No value supplied for TXT record.

    I open one thread in suport of cpanel and they told me:

    Hello,

    You can use the type TXT instead of CNAME or A record. Here is a helpful link that can show you the commands.
    ApiZoneEdit < ApiDocs/Api2 < TWiki

    You would change type=A to type=TXT

    The name of the field is txtdata its not in documentation but i test it and works!

    Tnks cpanel team suport and not tanks to documentation cpanel team :)

    During cPanel Conf. 2011 they said they would be re-vamping the documentation and I left a good 10 minute recorded interview on my thought of API documentation. :)
