    Hey yall,
New to cPanel, I added a subdirectory and I am getting a error 500 followed by a 404; however, the files and subdirectory are present. Any ideas?
    Thanks in advance

Is this a subdomain or just an additional folder on the main domain? Do you want to provide a link to the site that is throwing the error for us to see it?

Also, do you have access to the Apache error logs at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log location?

I figured it out. Permissions were getting all jacked when I was transferring files for some reason. Thanks for the quick reply.
