How would I go about adding a Default Email account to catch mail that is unrouted? I'm not looking to create [email protected], but just the basic email account for unrouted mail. I created an account via WHM but it doesn't have a Default Email Account associated with it.

Thank you. See the attached files for what I was referring to. One account has a Default Account under it, however the other does not. Is there a setting that needs to be selected when setting up the account via WHM?

Hi @ev88

The one on the left is the configuration I was referring to. For the one on the right can you take another screenshot which includes the entire page? You can block out your domain name on the image.

Thank you,

What hosting package on the server is each account assigned to? The same one or different?

What feature lists are each of the accounts using?

Do both accounts use a package that uses a feature list that has the Default Address feature enabled?

(Why "feature lists" are done by package instead of by account is beyond me)

So after doing a little bit of research on WHM Packages, I checked what the older package had and mimicked it on the new server, and I now have a default email account on the above cPanel.

Thanks for the info.
