IN the way I have set up my CPanel servers, I reserve the first address of the server range for mail. The second address is the shared-IP address, where most of my web sites appear. The third and subsequent addresses are for exclusive-IP sites.

Today, I found that our tech crew had added 13 sites to one of my servers. They are on the wrong IP address. When I tried to move them to the correct IP address, CPanel's control panel did not allow me to select the shared-IP address of my choice.

My sites never got on the air.

How do I fix this so that the sites appear on the correct IP address, so my external DNS and the server match?
