Hello!
I'm currently installing a new cPanel server. We have an existing server, cp01.contoso.com and two dnsonly nameservers, ns1 and ns2.contoso.com all set up as a cluster. Running nicely so far.
I read the thread at Setting Up New cPanel Server Question About DNS but we have the opposite issue - we don't need separation, it would work just fine to have the dns shared. I'm hoping to keep the ipv4 consumption down by adding the new cpanel server to the existing cluster instead of having to build two new nameservers. Is there an ideal way to do this? Is this even a good idea?
Many thanks in advance for any advice.
