IF you are adding an extra port, I cant help you but if you are changing port, you can use WHM>Tweak Security and change the port to one you want to use.

Login to WHM >> Service Configuration >> Service Manager
scroll down the page and select/check the bexes next to: "exim on another port" then hit the button "Save" at the bottom of that page.

Read the Exim documentation and add the appropriate directives toyour exim.conf file :D
