I have one account on a new domain, but I'm wondering how to add another. That is, I want both of these users to be able to work on this specific domain.
You can create additional ftp users from the cpanel, but their access will be restricted to specific folder only. Only main account user have access to all the files/folders under your domain.
why you want two users with same privileges ? better will be to share the username/password rt ?
