Adding custom message/note in cpanel

I wanted to add some promotional message/note in cpanel. Which file should I edit to have the task done.

Have a look here in your WHM:
WHM > cPanel > Modify cPanel & WHM News

Ahh okay.. that works.. Thanks..

I have to add the message in many servers, and its hectic to do it manually. You know any backend file which is affected when the chages are made via 'WHM > cPanel > Modify cPanel & WHM News', so that I can just write a script to do it.

I checked but cant find. Guesswhile making changes it uses the https://X.X.X.X:2087/scripts2/editnews and https://X.X.X.X:2087/scripts2/savenews.
