I have an AWS installation of WHM. I was using it for web hosting. I want to give a few accounts dedicated IPs because they have their own greenbar SSLs. Is there a way to do it?

You can assign an account a dedicated IP address if you have more than one IP on the server using Change Sites IP Address. The documentation for this can be found here: Change Site's IP Address - Version 80 Documentation - cPanel Documentation
If you don't have multiple IP's you'll need to discuss the possibility of adding them with your provider, keep in mind that you do not need to have a dedicated IP address in order for an SSL to function properly on a domain.
