Adding DNSBLs "the cPanel way" in WHM > Exim Conf > RBLs working ?

Lot of them like for example Barracuda Central don't have a lookup info url.
Just the DNS entry. Is it really required for any x y z reason or we can add
    a false one ?

Or if it has to be done manually editing exim.conf, how I can preserve the conf
in case of update/manipulation from cPanel / updates ? Using buildeximconf ?

Just wondering if cPanel "wants" / using this lookup url... It doesn't
I've set up a home made DNSBL and works without it. All good

Very handy to have. No more filters / blocks per server for "custom" spam.

Just in your happy private rbl and that's it
