    Hello

I have done a search for this topic with no success.
Is there any way to add an email disclaimer to ALL emails sent from my domain?

for example, after each email there would be some text saying:

I know that you can add a signature using email clients, but i'd prefer a disclaimer that I can control and KNOW that it exists on ALL emails sent.

    Cheers

MailScanner can do that. Look for info on 'sign clean messages' which you can use to add either/both HTMl/text versions.

Seems strange that you cannot do this in cPanel, especially when it will be a requirement to have certain information included in all emails such as registered office and numbers.

    See: http://www.out-law.com/page-7594
