So I found out how and where to alter the E-mail notifications (/usr/local/cpanel/src/templates/) that go to customers who are approaching their mailbox, disk and bandwidth quotas and I get edit the wording which is great.

However when I try and brand these messages using html code it doesn't seem to play nice. Has anyone got experience in doing this or have any tips on how to implement html code into these E-mails?

    Thanks! :)
