adding IPs

I asked for a couple of IPs from my provider and they gave me two, nothing more than the IPs themselves, and I have no idea how to add them into WHM.

Whenever I try it says I have 0 IPs available...

What do I do to add them?

Much expensive rent ips of a provider.
(professional domain ip)

Using cheap dialin (free-dial in), you get a diverent ip when dial in.
For users they want to be anonym. :p
(you get the ip of the providers DNS server)

sounds like a script kiddie to me, who wants to lern about cpanel so he can play his little games .
I really thing we should have a licencees only section :D
