Adding Limitations to Each cPanel Account

Hello, I am wondering how I can limit entry processes, CPU and RAM for each shared hosting account. I have the following...

OS: CentOS 6.4 64bit
Apache version 2.2.26
PHP version 5.4.23
PHP 5 Handler suphp
Apache suEXEC on
Apache Ruid2 off

If I am missing anything then ask and I will try my best to answer them accordingly.
