adding new accounts put entries into /etc/named.conf,v

Hello,

for some reason everytime i add new package it takes all entries from /etc/named.conf into /etc/named.conf,v with some weird entries with them and and leaves /etc/named.conf only with options { and remove all zones to named.conf,v

any idea why this is happening?

Is thi server set as the primary nameserver? If so, did you add an entry under master nameserver?

Yes this is primary server and i did add it under master nameserver , do i need to remove it from the master server?



yes i removed the entry and working fine now thanks
