Adding static IP issues

Hi,

Has anyone had a situation where added IP addresses that show up in WHM under
Main >> IP Functions >> Show or Delete Current IP Addresses
in green or red are not able to be deleted ?

I have 2 defunct IP addresses that I can't shift via WHM. Anyone know why?
