I am following a document on here to add a user to the Wheel group to make him a super user.

When I tried the sudo su with this user's account, I get a

"user is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported." and a security email every time I failed.

DId I miss a step after adding the user in WHM wheel group?

Thank you

Never mind ....

I had to ssh using the main domain then su in. This user have it own domain account on same server but it wouldn't allow it to su up unless user ssh back in with the server main domain.

Seems to be working now ..

After you added the user to the wheel group you must terminate the user's SSH session and connect again, then it works.
