I don't see an option in WHM to add a cron to the root crontab file. I know that individual users can add crons via their own cPanel, but these crons will run under the permissions of that user only. I need to add a cron to the root cron jobs.

Is this possible via WHM? If so, where?

If not, what is the best way to handle this so that it doesn't get overwritten?

    Thanks! :)

    Hi,

We always do our via SSH nano /etc/crontab you can also install Chirpy's ConfigServer Explorer and edit the file that way through WHM but it is not a cPanel program. As for WHM I don't think so, or I have not found it.
