Additional FTP Account Problems

Hi, Just wondered if anyone could give me some insight to a problem that i've come across this evening.

1 of my clients asked me to change the name of his sub-domain he has with me for example:

Before: myclan.domain.com

after: myclanrox.domain.com

This is where my additional FTP account problem occurs, They no longer work, and neither do newly added ftp accounts, Even after changing the domain back to it orignal state it no longer works, Also Additonal FTP accounts on ANY of my domains has stoped working. Anyone got the same or similar problem? Can anyone help.
