Okay so we requested an additional ip for titanstrike.com so we can send mail using a different ip. We made the dns records for the subdomain mail.titanstrike.com point to the new ip. we then changed the mail exchange from titanstrike.com to use the mail.titanstrike.com exchanger. In the IP functions we added the new IP address and then in the MX records of our zone file we added the IP. This is all we've done. Have we missed steps? Issue: When using POP we aren't able to receive or send mails. When using gmail which is hooked up to the @titanstrike.com accounts we're able to send and receive mail between accounts. When checking MX records on titanstrike.com we're still getting the old IP. I'm not sure if this is related. Should we change any setting on the EXIM? What can the problem be?
