i have found that addon domains are recheable not only from

myaddondomain.com

and

www.myaddondomain.com

but from

myaddondomain.mymaindomain.com

and

www.myaddondomain.mymaindomain.com

do i should redirect any addon domain from redirects option with a permanent 301 to the right

myaddondomain.com

or

www.myaddondomain.com

and wht if someone try to get directly to a subfolder of my addon domain after the 301

myaddondomain.mymaindomain.com/somefolder

will that url work after 301 redirect of myaddondomain.mymaindomain.com so creating again duplicate content and forcing to create 301 redirection for every single folder in myaddondomain

It is normal for a sub-domain of the primary domain to be aliased to the add-on domain; this does not duplicate content, but does make it possible to be used as an alternate access method.
