Hi everybody!

Here's my problem. When I, or one of my client, want to add an addon domain through their cPanel, here's what the error is :

Code:
Using nameservers with the following IPs: x.x.x.1,x.x.x.2 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
I read at many place to go in WHM>>>tweak settings>>>>domains>>>Allow remote domains. I do not want to do that, since it's not supposed to be needed for domains that are already pointing to my DNS servers.

Any other ideas as to what the problem may be? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello,

Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature. I suspect a DNS issue, but without knowing the exact domain name and other details about your server, I can only speculate on that.
