One of our customers has an addon domain that doesnt show up in his cpanel but it works fine.
In WHM on list subdomains it shows that it is parked but cant find where ;)
In /var/cpanel/users/*username* i can find the domain in his entries as well as subdomains he has created for the domain.
In /etc/userdomains i can find all the entries good as well. addondomain : username

Anyone know of any other file which may effect this? It isnt listed as parked or addon domain in his cpanel :(

    Hello freind,

I think you will not get the list of addon domain usernames in the directory /var/cpanel/users...

Can you help out sorting out my issue with the addon domain

    I get an error like
" domainxxx.xxx is controlled by another user. You cannot park it."

I have checked the httpd conf file for domainxxx.xxx, whether its been used as a parked or addon domain by some other user, but i did not find an entry...

    Regards,
    Jeff

    Check the files

    /etc/localdomains
    /etc/userdomains

And if Internetfab still needs help i suggest looking at those files too, it might help your problem.
