I am currently having a problem after having WHM apparently break all of the DNS zones on my server and having to add DNS=domain.com into the trueuserdomains file.
One of my users cannot create e-mails on one of his addon domains because he cannot access the cPanel for it. He doesn't remember the username OR the password and had never even logged into that domain's cpanel. From what I know, the password and username cannot be changed through his cPanel, and I'm wondering how to go about changing it so that it will be accessible for him.
If anyone knows how to do this I would greatly appreciate it.
