    Hello,

I'm trying to add an addon domain with a weird character in cPanel. For security purposes, I am going to change the domain name but still use the character :

    noçamera.com

    I get the error :

    Invalid domain specified

Is there any trick so that I can add this addon domain into cPanel ? Disabling JavaScript didn't help. Thanks.

    Use Punycode

You need to use Punycode to enter special characters like the one in your example. There are several Punycode converters online; I did a quick Google search for "punycode converter" and found this:

    IDN Conversion Tool: VeriSign

Using this tool, noçamera.com would be the following in Punycode: xn--noamera-vxa.com

The domain name will work properly, but will be displayed in the WHM and cPanel interface in its Punycode version.

    :)

Hey Jared, thanks. That is exactly what I was looking for ( and was advised to do in the meantime ).

    All the best.
