Addon Domains problem (maybe)

I think there's a small problem with the addon domains feature.

Even if the account doesn't have the ability to add addon domains, the script shows that this is the case, but then goes on to say that the addon domain has been created, when it really hasn;t.

Just thought that it's confusing and should be changed :p
