    I'm running WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.1-R20683, onREDHAT 9 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0. When I go to Addon Script Manager, I get:

    [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

    This used to work... I used it to install Munin. And I was going there to update Munin when I got the error.

    I created a support ticket with my host, Hostgator, who was most unhelpful. They said:
    Is this true? Is this part of cpanel in beta mode? There is nothing indicating it as such. I'm calling BS on hostgator, and giving an F for effort. Nevertheless, hoping someone here can help.

    The following is added to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when accessing the page:
    (internal death while parsing ) Sat Feb 16 17:17:45 2008 [14534] error:
    Undefined subroutine &main::loadaddondata called at
    /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_addonupdates.cgi line 40.
    at /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_addonupdates.cgi line 40
    Undefined subroutine &main::loadaddondata called at
    /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_addonupdates.cgi line 40.
    Here are lines 37-47 of addon_addonupdates.cgi:

    my $adc = 0;
    my $tdshade = 'tdshade1';
    if ($FORM{'action'} eq "") {
       my(%ADDONCONFIG) = loadaddondata();
       print "<table>";
       print "<tr class=scellheader>
          <td><b>Installer Version</b></td>
    First of all, is this really "beta", and second, does anyone have any ideas for a fix?

    The functionality of that plugin was replaced by the cPAddon system over a year ago. Please don't use that plugin anymore.
