Addon Scripts 0.5.7 - Mambo database is BLANK!

I am using the "cPAddon Scripts v0.5.7" to install Mambo.
After that installing, Mambo is offline. It seems to have some problem on the database.

I went to check in the database by phpmyadmin then I've found that
"THE DATABASE IS BLANK!"
there are nothing inside that database. no table. no data. all is zero!

It's not going bad only Mambo. When I am using cPAddon to install phpBB then it going bad connection with MySQL too.

I know that you have some advise.
Please let me know your thinking.

I am just try to install "Advanced Guest Book" then it going bad connection with MySQL too.
It shows these messages
