addon trouble / missing from list

I have an account with about 5 addon domains (or should be), there are missing from the addon domain list in the main domains account.

First, I upgraded the package to reseller. I did the usual setup as simple as it is.

Now after this is where the addons no longer appear in the list.

However, they DO appear in the subdomain drop down list and mail section to add new email account. Odd.

    I ran several scripts including

    /scripts/fixcommonproblems
    /scripts/updateuserdomains
    /scripts/updateuserdomains2
    /scripts/fixwwwdir
    /scripts/fixhome

    restarted cpanel

I must can't track the problem down. Anyone can help?

I tried to add an addon domain once again and get this error

    addondomain.com is already configured

It is not listed in httpd.conf, I removed the /etc/vfilters and vdomains manually as well.

I do not know what else to do, frustrating.

    Thanks for help in advance.

    Do this it willl work

If addon domans are not listing in the cpanel do the following.
    cd /var/cpanel/users/
    vi username
    delete the entry like DNSX=addondomain.com
    restart cpanel
    Add domain through the cpanel

This is happening again after some crazy inevitable mess yesteday.

Delete the dns inputs from the user files and manually adding each is not an option nor will work.

    How can this be corrected?

I ran them many times, including domains2
    No errorr

Even reseller accounts, I am trying to correct their domains. I can't figure out what the usernames are per domain under each reseller account

I pull the list from /var/cpanel/users/resellerdomain but it only shows dns zone per domain.
