I was using Front Page to edit my site, And I have switched to Dreamweaver. Where Front Page only asked for a domain name and password to upload the site. Dreamweaver ask for a specific folder address. I have tried to find an answer every where. If someone cound please give me the location to the folder that the site should be uploaded to I would greatly appreciate it. I would like the site to be able to be accessed from my domain.com and www.mydomain.com. Thank you in advance for any help.

    Tried It With No Luck

I tried what you said, but to no luck. I can ftp into the folder that you specified, but Dreamweaver MX says that it can't establish a connection. I am pulling my hair out trying to figure this one out. Don't know what else to try.

You did replace USERNAME with your username, right? Also try adding a trailing slash / so that the address is

    /home/USERNAME/public_html/

Dreamweaver doesn't need the full address , just the correct folder ie "www" or "public_html" that should do it :)

You'll also find dreamweavers site management tools are priceless :)
