Aditional IP not working properly

I bought an additional IP, added it to WHM and I'm having 2 problems:
1. When configuring, the site redirects to the default WHM page instead of opening the correct site
2. I can't assign the IP to more than one site, because it appears as dedicated

Hey there! Issue number 2 that you mention is expected behavior - any additional IP address on the server is treated as a dedicated IP. In other words, there is not a supported method to have multiple shared IPs.

Issue number 1 is usually a mismatch between the DNS and the IP configured in Apache for the domain. Can you confirm all those areas match?
