Administrator should be able to view all domain email accounts

Hi all,

We're recently rebuilt our cPanel/WHM server from a restore and one of the oddities that hasn't been solved yet is this. The administrator of a domain should be able to log on to Horde and see all the email accounts for that domain, am I correct? This seems to be the case from the searching I've been doing here. The problem we have is that resellers cannot see their domain's email accounts in Horde like they were able to before the restore. Is there some setting that I missed, or a tweak somewhere?

I would love to see an awser or solution to this as well.
Im having the same problem.
