SOLVED Adress Rejected 550 5.1.1

Hi, I've created many webmail account on Cpanel for my domain name, the first two are perfectly working, but today I need to create a new one, impossible to get it workin.
I've created a mail account as I always do, and a Forwarder too, but this time I can reach my new account with a mail test.
I received an error back "smtp04.topdns.com has rejected your mail" and "the adress is not found make sure it exists". This is weird because I can access the Roundcube mailbox and everything. And as I said the two other accounts are still working.
I'm not a technical guy, so I'd like to find some clear solutions and clues.

Hey there! Is "smtp04.topdns.com" the name of your local machine, or is that the name of the remote server you were trying to send the message to?

If you can get us some more details about the incoming and outgoing tests you performed we can likely get you better information.

Hey cPRex, just figured it out.
Actually, I've forgot to create the mail redirection in the dns record (directly in my registrar).
So now it's working.
