Advanced DNS and DNS Zone edit bug

    Hello,
    my cPanel recently got updated to latest one after that my clients are having problem regarding that none of them can edit advanced DNS. whenever they click on edit button nothing happens the form does not loads, please help

    You may look in to cPanel error logs
    Also, try after restarting cPanel service:

    i restarted the whole server yet the problem was not solved. also restarted the cPanel by the above command yet no solution

    are you able to edit the dns from WHM?

    Are the customers using some custom theme or branding?

    well customers are using a X3 theme with just change in the header

    my reseller is able to edit DNS of his own site, but when we change to someone else's account, when we click on Edit or Delete nothing happens

    Sorry to BUMP, i fixed this error, i switched the theme to X3 earlier i was using clone of X3
