Advanced Guestbook Moderation Request

At the bottom of the setup form the button is "submit moderation request". What does this mean?

If I click it I get another form- Installs for cPanel::Guest_Books::Advanced_Guestbook are being moderated.
You will need to request approval below:

I don't understand this. Will someone please explain it?

It means that your system administrator or web hosting provider has set up site software to be placed on moderation rather than automatically installed as soon as you click to install it. Once your web hosting provider approves your installation request, the software will automatically be installed.

I know whats silly, installing a guest book at all. Those things get hammered with spammers. Just something to keep in mind...

That's why the web host probably put it on moderation .
