1.) Customer goes to www.statically.com register and go through our software to park domains. ie:comps4sale.com

2.) the software parks these names on www.ctisupport.com (server different account on whm)

    3.) Ctisupport.com (httpd.conf) file redirects to usr/local/static/public_html/parking (loops back to www.statically.com)

    4.) Customer just parked www.comps4sale.com

5.) www.comps4sale.com resolves and works correctly after customer updates the name servers to ns3.ctiorders.com ns4.ctiorders.com

    6.) www.comps4sale.com/anything.htm gets 404 error page.

7.) instead of getting error page we want all errors or unknown destinations to resolve to root domain ie: www.comps4sale.com/anything.htm to www.comps4sale.com.

This is from what I have been told, setting name servers up as catch all wild cards.

This is something more advanced most ISP/Hosting providers would use for parking pages.

Any Help would be thank full!

    Go on, have a guess
Have you created a .htaccess redirect for the sites, e.g.
    Code:
    ErrorDocument 404 /index.html

If the domain comps4sale.com resolves to your servers IP address, then it's not a dns issue. The 404 error page is rendered because there is no anything.htm file at ctisupport.com. You'll need to do some kind of wildcard redirect using .htaccess for the domain that it's parked on.

there is 10,000 domains on the system I dont think .htaccess or 404 error pages is going to work.

It has to be something added to the master zone template.

This is for a domain parking program like afternic or sedo.
