    i have this one problem:

this morning i was trying to clear /tmp partition but i didnt realize what i type was:

tmpwatch 0 / when it suppose to be tmpwatch 0 /tmp . i manage to press CTRL+C after few seconds but what happen is cpanel/whm is showing blank page, ssh connection refused, server login or ftp login not accepted even when i try to login to server directly at datacenter as root user. but surprisingly the website works just as not sure whether the server will reboot fine if i try to rebooting it.

i need the data inside the hdd so i need some advice pls:

    1. it is possible for me to boot using cent-os cd and then running some kind of fix or reinstallation without disturbing the current partition and files?
