advices for imap migration

I want to do the conversition to imap in one server. But i have read the post "IMAP/maildir conversion" and i don´t want that the mail service doesn´t have access for hours/days.
Then, i ask:

Anybody can tell me some advices before convert to maildir for avoid errors and problems ?

I will do:

/scripts/upcp --force and
/scripts/convert2maildir

Anything to do it ?

That should be fine. Just make sure that there aren't any errors in the upcp run and the convert2maildir should run fine.
