After account transfer images don't work

After transferring an account from another server all files are copied and restored fine. But if you browse the site all the images are broken, accept one thats not hosted within the account.
Looking thought the transfer I see the following error occurred.

Fatal Error! Unable to open httpd config file /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf!

I also installed PHPsuexec recently, could that affect this?
