    Hello all,

I've searched these forums a bit with no luck.

Today, one of my resellers accounts exceeded their bandwidth limit and their web site was unavailable. After this, my reseller decided to un suspend their account but only to find that the account in question was not listed anywhere but the "View Bandwidth Usage" page. This account was seen before this bandwidth exceeding happened.

I'm not sure how to fix this, or what exactly is wrong however this command:
    /scripts/updateuserdomains

Does nothing for me. The account still does not show, and my reseller cannot modify the account or control it. Nor can I under root privileges.

Has anyone had the same problem or may know another way how to fix this?

    WHM/cPanel Version: WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-S114

    Regards,
    Steve.

Check whether the entry for that domain is present in below files and add it if not there :-
    /etc/trueuserdomains
    /etc/userdomains

Also check the file with the username in /var/cpanel/users/ and if not present, create it.

    Thank you very much.

It was not listed in the trueuserdomains file.
