After change username, 404 not found

Hi
after i changed the username of a user, i get the error:

404 Not Found
The server can not find the requested page:
IP:8082/images/logo.png (port 8082)
Please forward this error screen to IP's WebMaster.

but the all the files exists ??
with directroy listing, i can see all files, but if i click one, i get the error..

mod_user is not active.
i tried to recreate easyapache without solution

please help.thank you
