I have installed cpanel in FreeBSD.
After you install writes:
Code:
Warning: Private archive directory is other-executable (o+x).
This could allow other users on your system to read private archives.
If you're on a shared multiuser system, you should consult the
installation manual on how to fix this.

Re-run as mailman (or root) with -f flag to fix

Try running:

/scripts/reinstallmailman

It will refresh the Mailman installation and also correct the require permissions/ownerships for Mailman directories.

I recommend letting our technical analysts take a look at that for you: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit

You my want to check permissions on the files in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/cgi-bin. The permissions for create should be 000, the permissions for everything else in that folder should be 2755 (not 755).
