After Mysql8.028 - Web timeout every 3/4 hour

I have issue that make me frustation. After fresh install cpanel cloudlinux mysql 8. Now my site having access timeout every 3-4 hour. Then i restart mysql web fine again.

I am try tweak mysql for high process, low memory etc still same. But web html still fast not have issue. Old server mariadb 103.

When the website not accessible load server still low under 4.xx. ram only used 20G of 64g. I don't know what's in mysql 8 limit.

Server are
Amd 5950x
Nvme m.2

Hey there! When this issue happens I'd recommend checking two things:

-the MySQL error log, which by default is located at /var/log/mysqld.log
-the output of "mysqladmin proc status" on the serer's command line

One of those should give you more details on the issue that MySQL is experiencing. Can you let us know if you find anything there?
