    Hello Guys

Just a small problem, I suspended an account and after a week I unsuspended it, and now when you visit the users account it says:

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks

Maybe the site had a .htaccess redirect prior to the suspension ?
Just lately, I noticed that when you unsuspend an account, cPanel simply removes the .htaccess it has created - so it doesn't restore the .htaccess that was there when the suspension took place.
So if there is no index file in that directory and no redirect takes place...

    Hi

    I had the same problem.
It looks like when you unsuspend an account cpanel removed the .htaccess file correcly, but for some reason in messes up the permissions on the folder public_html !!!!!!!!

Just chown a+rx public_html sort sit out. :D

I will investigate further and see if its a bug with cpanel.

Im running the latest RELEASE version.

    Cheers
    Andy

I'm running freebsd 5.4 and cpanel 10.8.1-R30 and i just got the same thing. Suspended 3 domains yesterday and when i go to unsuspend them all the www is forbidden. Checking the permissions and adding rx to the Other set fixes everything.
