    Hi,

    Its the 3rd time now. Again reports that perl modules are missing.

    XML::LibXML and Net::DAV::Server

    cPanel 11.11.0-C16942

    I dont want to ask every time and doing manual things afterwards.
    Is cPanel not testing before it releases a new cPanel build?

    Ok an now, what should i do to fix those errors?

    That error has nothing to do with a cPanel build. It's an incompatibility between the version of LibXML2 installed on your system and that CPAN module.

    YOu can find more info, and likely a solution, by searching the forum for that particular module.

    Did found a few posts but last night it went to Current 16983 and no more perl reports.

    But i am not satisfied, it has to be something with cPanel builds in my eyes.
    Lets wait for another perl report :P

    I agree. Even though, it is not direct issue on cPanel software but we are using cPanel for the ease of software update, and server management. cPanel dev should do something to ensure all libraries and perl modules are compatible. If it cannot be automatically, cPanel should at least email warning to server admin to do the job.

    I had the same issues, manually updated LibXML2 and the other required packages and no more errors.

    It takes less time to fix the issues than to complain - and, until this past week or so, we've always been happy with how CPanel managed updates.

    Now that it's 10 servers instead of 2, the manual updating is time consuming, though.

    Kinda figure they'll get around to it. And it's nice to keep up the command line skills :D

    Can you explain how to perform that?

    Thanks.
