Agora cart install problem.

Hi there, thanks for the help on this problem. When a user tries to install the preinstalled agora cart, the following error is generated:

We are going to install cart in /home/mlb3m/public_html/cart
Install Complete!!! Internal Error, can't find that folder [/home/mlb3m/public_html/cart/protected]

I looked in /home/mlb3m/public_html/cart/ and there are no files. I checked in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/ and agora.tar.gz is there and is chown'd root.cpanel.

I even went as far as getting the updated agora.tar.gz that user "agora" posted here back in february. I updated it, to no avail.

I've done a search on the forums and found nothing of this nature. Can someone point me in the right direction on this? I very much appreciate it.

You might want to create the directory: protected and then re-install Agora.

That won't work because if you try to reinstall it'll say that there's already an installation in that directory, even though the directory is blank.

Fixed - using the WHM "install cpaddons " we completely removed agora, forced a refresh and that fixed it.

I have already removed agora/reinstalled from "Intall CpAddons" in WHM.

Just an UPDATE.

I had the same issue and I was using rvskin. To solve this issue, update the rvskin on the server and edit/save the package feature manager from WHM ---> rvskin manager.
