What is causing the following errors reported in cPanel > Metrics > Errors ?

Hey there! This just looks like an automated tool trying to access various files on the system. Since there is no index page, they get this standard error, but it's nothing to be worried about.

Thanks for your reply. I take it then these AH01276 and AH01797 errors would not be responsible for the 503 errors I get sometimes. Right?

Also, would it help to block the IP addresses 43.135.176.185 and 123.195.133.26 shown in the error messages?

Correct, those would not be related to a 503 error. You could certainly block those two IPs and then you wouldn't have to worry about them connecting at all.
