OK, I'm a cpanel noob and need some help that should hopefully be really easy.

I have cpanel installed on RHEL 3 and can log into the server as root from both an SSH session (PuTTY) and via cpanel (https)..

I have a script with the following characteristics:

-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 388068 Feb 8 2005 script* (script is chmod 777)

Whenever i try to run the script from the SSH session I get the following error

    root@server [/tmp# ./script
    -bash: ./script: Permission denied

I cannot find any way to run this script inside cpanel. Can someone please help?

I figured it out. For all the other noobs out there.....

Cpanel apparently only lets you run scripts from a pre-determined directory (/scripts). Just put your script in there and fire away.

Guess that was easier than I thought....
