The title says it all really, I set WHM to send me an AIM message when I setup a new account, but I never receive AIM or ICQ messages... what am I missing?

    Thanks

    try this

    /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/sendicq ******** test

(replace ******** with your ICQ number)

What's the command to test AIM -- my AIMs NEVER go through, even though I get a notice that the server logged in and out very quickly. No messages get sent though.

    -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1053 Feb 29 15:30 sendaim*
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1158 Feb 29 15:30 sendicq*
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 703 Nov 13 2002 sendicqv5*

Thank you -- the tests worked, but WHM is not sending me AIM messages...

It THINKS it is, but it isn't...

Example, when I create or terminate an account, at the bottom of the list of command and results is:

    send to CONTACTAIM (2) [2]
    send to CONTACTEMAIL (3) [2]
    skip CONTACTPAGER (1) [2]

I get the email, but the AIM message does NOT go through.

I really need to get this working, cause my cellphone has AIM built in to it and if I use it as opposed to email notices, it does not cost me minutes or airtime.

Have you tried updating cPanel recently? My problem got better... not sure if it was the cPanel upgrade, or if it occured during my eximstats problem which they fixed by apperently doing this:
    Code:
    /scripts/updatenow
    rm -f /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel
    /scripts/upcp
    service cpanel stop
    service cpanel start
