Alias to cpanel3-skel

I got whm to make an imagelib directory with every account but it is not linking to my common imagelib directory

##Abe's Image Library
Alias /imagelib /root/cpanel3-skel/public_html/imagelib

I also tried
##Abe's Image Library
Alias /imagelib /cpanel3-skel/public_html/imagelib

Got any tips?

I have all my images in the imagelib directory at the lowest directory on the hd.
